Our staff have been working in the Early Child Care industry for more than 15 years with our most senior staff having 25 years of experience!
It’s important to encourage and develop young, passionate and aspiring Child Care professionals into the industry. Therefore we value and welcome new starters and have on the board very talented Trainee and C III educators who learn fast and bring a fresh and vibrant energy to our pedagogical innovations.
Each staff member, whether old or new, is constantly updating their skills and knowledge to comply with new modern teaching practices through professional courses and workshops.
ELENA KELLY
Approved Provider
Elena is our Approved Provider for Strawberry Fields Cottage, with 35 years of professional experience in the Childcare Industry. She also holds a Bachelor in Teaching, and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care. With additional experience in running a Family Day Care, she brings an optimistic spirit and a strong vision of maintaining Strawberry Fields Cottage as a real “home away from home”. Thoroughly committed to running our centres, Elena is passionate about providing children and families with an exceptional and memorable early childhood experience.
ASHLEIGH BAYLEY
Nominated Supervisor - Wamberal
Ashleigh is our Nominated Supervisor for our Wamberal centre, and always brings positive energy and new ideas to our Strawberry Fields management team. She holds several qualifications in Early Childhood Education, including a Bachelor, Diploma, and Cert III. Ashleigh holds a lot of enthusiasm for early childhood learning, and works hard with our Strawberry Fields team to deliver a high standard of service that’s backed by a passion for early childhood education.
